Fay Chapple Launches NorthFuse Group โ€” Five Companies Built on the Years Everyone Told Her to Write Off

A former $300M global executive turns a forced reinvention into a multi-brand company for the people the market keeps benching.

TORONTO, Canada โ€” Fay Chapple, a former senior executive at Godiva Chocolatier and Unilever, today announced NorthFuse Group, the umbrella company behind five brands built for experienced professionals who refuse to be written off: Too Late My Assโ„ข, The Mindful City, Elevated Living, Stillwater Reset, and Ink & Apple.

The companies span reinvention media and membership, a curated intellectual-events directory across 31 cities, lifestyle and health tools, and products โ€” each one, Chapple says, built because she needed it and couldn't find an honest version on the market.

Chapple's path to NorthFuse was not planned. After 25+ years leading global brands across four continents, her husband suffered a catastrophic stroke, and she rebuilt her career, finances, and identity in real time โ€” an experience that became the foundation of her work.
